I've enquired for my wedding date with you, does that mean I'm booked in?
Unfortunately not... bookings are only confirmed once your deposit has been received. Up until this point, we cannot guarantee you our availability against other enquiries for the same date.

Where can I see your prices?
Our pricelist is available upon request via our enquiry form.

Where are you based?
We are based in the North West, near Bolton, but we travel for our weddings.

What are your booking Terms and Conditions?
For our full booking terms, please enquire with us through the site.

How many bridesmaids can I have?
It's your day. You can have as many as you want! If we need extra staff for your booking, we will arrange that.

When will you contact me back?
Once you have submitted an enquiry through our website or social channels, we aim to get back to you within 24 hours. Busy periods can sometimes take a little longer so do please bear with us, and we apologise for any inconvenience.

How do I find out if you're available?
Please get in touch with us as early as you possibly can so that we don't already have another booking. We will let you know our availability once we have received your enquiry.

Do you only offer bridal services?
We prioritise our bridal services because we understand the importance of your special day. We do however take enquiries for other projects, but cannot guarantee availability.

Where will you travel to?
We have weddings as far as Italy and Ibiza this year, and nationally throughout the UK and Ireland. Travel and accommodation are excluded from our pricing for services outside of 30 miles of Bolton, North West.

I don't usually wear a lot of makeup, can you help me?
We aren't here to force the latest trending looks on you, we are here to make sure you feel perfect on your special day! It's our job to work with you through your trial to achieve this.
